Dr. Sharda Massey is excited to serve as the Assistant Principal at AWCMS. She began her career in Greene County, teaching for eight years before spending a few years away to continue her journey in education. Coming back to Greene feels like coming home, and she is proud to now support students, teachers, and families in her role as AP.

The youngest of four girls, Dr. Massey values the power of family and community, which inspires the way she leads and connects with others. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her teacup Yorkie, who keeps her busy and entertained. She is passionate about creating a school environment where students feel supported, challenged, and celebrated every day.
